Only the Best on Your Rig
Before joining our team, each technician must pass:
- Comprehensive Safety Training
- Drug Screening
- Pre-job Site Orientation
Once assigned, technicians are introduced to the rig through a thorough onboarding process – ensuring they understand site-specific procedures and expectations before work begins.
Consistency You Can Count On
When possible, we maintain technician continuity at each site. That means once a technician becomes familiar with your rig, we do everything we can to keep them in rotation on that job. The result? Faster setups, smoother operations, and fewer disruptions.
New team members are gradually integrated into existing crews so they gain firsthand knowledge of the rig’s systems, layout, and flow before taking on full responsibility.
A DES Technician Means:
- Knowledge of DES systems from the inside out
- Field-tested skills and technical competency
- A commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork
- A professional, problem-solving mindset
Our Promise
Every technician represents the DES standard – delivering the service quality, safety awareness, and operational discipline you expect on your site, every single time.
